Since you wish to lose fat, PROTEIN is going to be the main player. Try to get at least 15-20gm of protein-rich foods early in the day. This powers you for the day AND helps you avoid overeating later.

Next, eat a LOT… yes a LOT of vegetables, in any form, at your lunch. These can be as a simple raw cut-up vegetables (carrots, cucumber, tomato, etc.), or a veggie smoothie, or even an elaborate salad with some dressing. Any form, but lots of veggies (almost half of your plate).
