The first two things you need to know are the reasons causing 9 out of 10 people to fail at losing weight… and even if only 10% succeed, why they fail to keep it off…
FAILURE REASON NO. 1
Fundamentally, at the basic level, we fail to lose weight because we focus on our diets; not on our lifestyle.
You focus on that one thing, “losing 20kgs”, and not on the process… which is more about improving your health!
This is what we call the big “marriage day” problem, and we’ll look into it in much detail later, but what it basically means is…
We spend all our time and energy on that one DAY, one EVENT, not on the process, the one which begins on that day.
And if you’re married, you know marriage is a process, it’s not a one day event, it’s a lifelong process.

We focus on the “event” – losing 10kgs, 20kgs or 30kgs. But we forget that it’s not about the goal, but it’s about the daily journey to get there.
It’s not about the 20 kgs, it is about how you lose your first 2 or 3 kgs…
… then you stop losing more, but then you lose another 1 or 2 kgs…
… then you again gain 1kg back(!)…
… then once again you are on track to lose 2 more kgs…
And that’s how you lose weight in the real world!
It’s always a crooked, haphazard graph, not a straight “lose 30 kgs in 30 days” straight line!
So if you keep on focusing on the final goal, “losing 20kgs”, you will never stick to the journey, you’ll be like, “kya yaar, just lost 2kgs so far, I am at just 10% of my goal, aise kaise chalega yaar…”
You start hunting for another diet…
You start considering that “weight loss sauna belt” you saw in the tele-shopping ads…
You start hunting for some magic pill…
But… on the other hand…
… your entire perspective about it will change, and much more importantly, your day-to-day behavior will change.

FAILURE REASON NO. 2
The second reason most people fail to lose weight is because they think that the “diet” or the “exercise” is the reason they fail…
… well, they can’t be more wrong!
Here, we’ll prove it to you…

Let’s assume that you have a job, maybe a family to look after, and all these daily duties… how then can you fit a “weight loss diet” in your super busy schedule?
Or, let’s say someone is depressed in life, and he/she overeats because they are frustrated… in such a case…
[x_icon type=”question”] How can a diet fix someone’s depression?
Sure, a healthy diet will give them a good, strong body, but fundamentally, how can it cure their depression, which is causing them to overeat in the first place!?[/cs_text][cs_text] [x_icon type=”question”] Or, how can a diet fix a broken or tough relationship?
Around 40-50% of ALL people we have helped have had some sort of deep relationship issues which is responsible for their obesity.
Right from bad marriages, abusive partners, issues with in-laws… so many different types of issues… and for these people, eating is a sort of a relief, a comfort that shields them from the dark side of their relationship.
So in this case, how can a “diet” fix their problem?
Obviously, they need to fix the origin of the problem, not the symptom.
AND THAT BRINGS US TO WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS NOT ABOUT….

All those belts, ab rollers and exotic gadgets don’t do anything except making a deep hole in your pocket.
Unfortunately, it just does not work that way when it comes to your body.
