Bent Over Triceps Extension – How To Do ItStand straight with your feet slightly apart and a dumbbell in each hand.Bend in your lower back until your torso is parallel to the floor. (Starting Position)Lift your biceps slightly such that they are parallel to your torso.Now lift your forehands such that your shoulder, elbows and the dumbbells of each hand are in a straight line.Return to starting position.Repeat.
