Bent Over Triceps Extension – How To Do It

  • Stand straight with your feet slightly apart and a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Bend in your lower back until your torso is parallel to the floor. (Starting Position)
  • Lift your biceps slightly such that they are parallel to your torso.
  • Now lift your forehands such that your shoulder, elbows and the dumbbells of each hand are in a straight line.
  • Return to starting position.
  • Repeat.

  • Make sure you bend in your lower back only.
  • Look straight ahead at all times during the exercise.
