Bicep Curl Exercise – Step-By-Step
- Stand with shoulder width distance between your feet and a dumbbell in each hand.
- Now lift the right dumbbell in a controlled motion such that it almost touches your right shoulder.
- Repeat with left dumbbell.
- Repeat by alternating between right and left dumbbells.
