Floor Press – How To Do It

  • Take two dumbbells of weight your are comfortable with, one in each hand.
  • Lie down on your back with your triceps resting on the floor.
  • Now, in a controlled motion, lift the dumbbells skywards.
  • When your elbows are absolutely straight start returning to the starting position.
  • Repeat.

  • Floor press is a fairly simple exercise. But it is important that you do every step as shown and told above.
  • Use lightweight dumbbells in the beginning and then increase the weight gradually. Remember – It is about the repetitions and not the weight of the dumbbells.
