  • Assume the starting position as shown in the video with a dumbbell in your right hand.
  • Then, as shown, life the dumbbell in your right hand in a controlled motion.
  • Return to starting position.
  • Repeat with your left hand.

  • Choose a strong stool/chair whose flat surface is around the height at which your knees are.
  • Look forward at all times during this exercise.
