Weighted Rotating Toe Touch – Step-By-Step

  • Stand straight with slightly more than shoulder width between your feet. Your hands should be on either side of your body and a dumbbells in each of them.
  • Now try to reach/touch your left foot’s toes with the dumbbell in your right hand by twisting your body as shown in the video.
  • Return to the starting position.
  • Try to reach/touch your right foot’s toes with the dumbbell in your left hand .
  • Repeat.

    • Perform the twists in a controlled manner without sudden movements.
    • Do not bend your knees or your elbows during the exercise. Bend only in your lower back.
